The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has recently made a significant announcement regarding summer vacations for public and private educational institutions in the province. According to an official notification issued by the KP Elementary and Secondary Education Department, primary schools falling under the summer zone will remain closed from 1st June to 31st July.
Similarly, middle/high schools and higher secondary schools within the summer zone will also observe a closure, starting from 15th June until 31st July.
In contrast, primary, middle/high, and higher secondary schools located in the winter zone will have a scheduled closure from 1st July to 31st July. This decision has been widely appreciated by students, teachers, and parents. The intense heat during the summer season often poses challenges for students, affecting their concentration and academic performance.
As the summer holidays approach, students across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa can eagerly anticipate a well-deserved break. They will have the opportunity to enjoy the joys of the season, recharge their energy, and prepare for the upcoming academic challenges.
